The move represents a significant step forward in Fusion Optix’s expansion strategy, enhancing its presence in standard, custom and outdoor lighting, driver technologies, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Together, these companies form a five-brand portfolio spanning components, luminaires, and e-commerce, under a single U.S.-based ownership group.

Prolume Lighting’s notable projects include the 9/11 Memorial at Logan International Airport and architectural lighting for the National Archives in Washington, D.C., showcasing its creative capabilities in custom fabrication and design. LEDdynamics is known for pioneering compact and efficient LED drivers, including the patented EverLED and LuxDrive lines, while LEDSupply has become a go-to destination for DIYers, integrators, and OEMs looking for quick-turnaround LED components.
