Fusion Optix applications engineers are on call to help with any advanced lighting product design or system optimization questions. We provide this service, in most cases entirely free of charge, to help all our customers learn and use our unique optical components and materials.

We have assembled and trained a friendly, diverse team of lighting and display specialists that are on hand to help wherever they can. Fundamental to our approach and company culture is that we recognize that our customers are continuously striving for performance and cost advantages over their competition. We provide applications support to help achieve these goals. We also recognize that every application is unique and so we have developed a flexible approach and open mindedness, and we try to treat each situation with a fresh look. We also understand that new technologies often require new approaches in system design and a development of fundamental understandings. We aim to work with our customers to develop closely held common views on how to use our products and technologies, and we seek to feed this information back into our product development processes.

In addition to applications engineering we provide a range of datasheets, application notes and white papers. We intend to continuously improve the level of information we can provide about our products and technology and welcome any feedback.
