Fusion Optix LED boards are based upon proprietary circuit layouts and the latest in thermal management technologies. We carefully select LEDs from only major suppliers and unlike assembly houses we also thoroughly test final board performance checking for color uniformity and efficiency.
Do you make the LED boards yourself in house?
We design, develop and test all our LED boards in-house. We also assemble prototype boards. Currently we outsource high volume PCB production and assembly but we always perform final QC checks in-house using our team of engineers.
Can you meet my quality needs?
Yes, absolutely. We have always put quality first and have developed some sophisticated approaches to ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards in the markets and applications they are designed for.
What about optics and thermal management?
We can supply optics and thermal management solutions designed to get the optimum performance from our LED boards. In addition, our engineers are on hand to help with any mechanical design and integration questions.
