Diffusion Lenses

HOW IT WORKS

Because Advanced Diffusion Film is based on a volumetric diffusion technology, we are able to mate the film to a variety of substrates to produce rigid lenses. There are no surface structures on the film, making it available for secondary processing such as injection molding, thermoforming, lamination, and co-extrusion without fear of drastically affecting the optical properties. We can incorporate additional functionality into the lenses by working with modified materials, such as impact modified acrylic or UV stable polycarbonate.
