Polymer processing can be stressful to the environment, which is why Fusion Optix ensures that all of our optical films are halogen-free. By eliminating materials such as bromine, we guarantee that harmful chemicals will not be released during degradation. Similarly, by focusing on LED Systems, we work with mercury-free light sources, further reducing the harmful chemicals that reach the soil once a product is no longer in use.

Our optical films comply with the MCVs for cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE, and mercury as specified by the EU Commission in the amendment to the RoHS Directive.
