VOLUME MANUFACTURING
Fusion Optix has volume manufacturing operations in Europe and North America, and is currently in the process of establishing production capabilities in Asia. All production facilities are ISO certified and practice the latest quality control procedures and systems to meet stringent OEM standards. All of our products are designed for high volume manufacturing. Fusion Optix has developed specialist equipment for the high volume, high quality, manufacturing capabilities to produce optical films and sheet. In addition we have a range of capabilities in secondary processing and converting such as coatings, embossing, printing, die cutting, thermoforming, and injection molding. more
   
  PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Fusion Optix has a complete range of capabilities to help accelerate the development of new products. We are committed to rapid turnaround lab-scale and prototype production. We have invested in state of the art rapid prototyping capabilities at the Fusion Optix Technology & Engineering Center (FOTEC) in Cambridge, MA. We are able to rapidly prototype new optical films and shape and mold optical film and sheet products into a wide range of form factors. We also have computer aided product design and assembly capabilities. more
   
  APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING
The Fusion Optix applications engineering lab carries a full range of equipment to help in the design and evaluation of lighting fixtures or displays. We have assembled these key resources to help our customers evaluate and design in products based upon our LightControl™ technology platform. more
